HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order delivery is generally based on the shipping method that you select. You can select this while selecting the item options or during the checkout of your cart items. For each item, this may differ slightly due to restocking and shipping procedures in our warehouse.
Generally, for our US customers, we have a 4-13 days express shipping method for faster delivery of your items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for a different product (exchanges) wherever applicable, or a refund to the original payment method. Please read our Returns And Exchanges Policy for detailed terms.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can request a change in your shipping address through our Orders Support at orders@appaerel.com. Please provide the order number and the date of purchase for the items.
However, please note that the address can only be changed before the orders are processed by our order fulfillment team. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of placing an order.
Once the order is processed, the packaging and shipping process is started, and it can no longer be changed.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can easily track your orders, in the following ways:
If you have an account, log in to your account. Go to “My Account” at the top-right navigation center (top-left “Menu” panel for mobile users). Select “Orders” from the left menu and select the order you wish to track.
If you don’t have an account, go to the bottom of the page, and select “Order Tracking”.
Specify your order ID and billing email of the order you wish to track.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship most of our products to all major countries including the USA, UK, Canada, European, and Asian regions.
To check if a specific product is available to be shipped to your country, please specify your location. Select the variant you like and check the associated “Shipping Methods” available. If you still have any queries, please contact us at care@appaerel.com.

WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Generally, we try our best to pack all your products into a single package in our warehouse before shipping them to you.
However, sometimes there may be some reasons beyond our control (e.g. variant selection dispatch delay, supplier inventory issues, etc.) due to which we may have more than one package delivered for the same order.
Rest assured, we will make sure that your order is fulfilled accurately and our customer care will be happy to assist you further, in case needed.
